GN-EPAY respects your privacy

GN-EPAY and its partners respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

GN-EPAY provides you, its partners and suppliers with a variety of fulfillment, support and E-commerce related services. Some of these services may be provided through sites bearing our partners and suppliers names and trademarks.

In order to provide these services, such as Internet credit card billing services, GN-EPAY must collect, use, and share certain information about you. This policy explains what we collect and who we share it with.

 

What information do we collect, and why?
Depending on the nature of the services provided by GN-EPAY to our partners or suppliers, GN-EPAY may receive personal information either from you directly or from our partner or supplier who provides us with the personal information to fulfill a service to you on their behalf. In some circumstances personal information that GN-EPAY receives from you directly may be provided to our partners or suppliers in order for them to fulfill a service to us for your benefit or directly to you. The personal information may include but is not limited to:

  • credit card billing address,

  • phone number,
  • IP address, and
  • other information required to provide you with the product, service or support requested.
How do we use the collected information?
Some of the ways in which we will use the personal information provided us include:
  • to process or obtain payment or notify you of the status of your transaction;
  • to provide it to industry and credit related organizations for security, credit or fraud prevention purposes;
  • to facilitate the renewal of subscriptions for products or services;
  • in connection with keys, access codes or other information as may be required to permit you to access our partners' sites to receive products, updates or services;

GN-EPAY also employs other companies to provide services to it in connection with your transaction. We may use companies to process credit card payments, deliver packages, send mail, analyze data, provide marketing aid and assistance, provide customer service, and otherwise provide services to us to enable us to serve you and enhance our services. These organizations may have access to personal information as required to permit them to perform their obligations to us. We require these organizations to undertake to protect personal information and to only use it in accordance with applicable laws and for the purposes for which they are specifically engaged.

Information Sharing

GN-EPAY will not share or use your personal information in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you provided us the information.

We will not use or share your personally identifiable information with others except those individuals or entities which we have engaged to provide services to you, for those purposes set forth above or with your consent.

GN-EPAY does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.

In the event GN-EPAY merges with another entity, is acquired by another entity, or enters into a business combination with another entity, GN-EPAY may be required to disclose some or all of your personally identifiable information to that entity to continue serving you.

Will GN-EPAY Give Me Notice of Requests for My Information Made By Law Enforcement or Governmental Agencies?

No. GN-EPAY may be required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or be asked to respond to other legitimate requests for your personal information from appropriate law enforcement or governmental authorities.

In such situations, we will release personally identifiable information to third parties and organizations when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so in order to comply with the law or to protect against fraud.

We will also release such information:

  • to comply with all valid court orders or subpoenas,
  • to cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental investigations (without necessarily requiring the law enforcement or government agency requesting the information to formally serve us with a subpoena),
  • to protect our legal rights and those of our users; and/or
  • when we believe it is needed for fraud protection and/or credit risk reduction.

GN-EPAY also reserves the right to report to such entities any activities that we believe to be unlawful. Any report made to under this paragraph will be made without prior notice to you.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may also collect other information which does not in and of itself identify a specific individual. This information includes IP addresses, search terms, domain names and browser types. We use this information to track usage and other patterns on our Websites, in order to understand how we can improve our services.
How Does GN-EPAY Protect Customer Information?

Customers who buy through the GN-EPAY system are shopping on a secure server which encrypts all of a customer's personal information. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner.

GN-EPAY has developed its service with security as a top priority. We use firewalls to prevent access to information in our system and Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification or use.

What About Cookies?

Your browser offers so-called "cookies" which, if you allow their use, store small amounts of data on your computer when you visit a Web site. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information about you and therefore cannot be used to identify you personally. Cookies simply assist us in tracking sessions. Cookies also enable us to customize our content according to your preferences.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying your browser and most of our Web sites are viewable even if you disable the cookie function on your browser. However, if you disable cookies, some advanced and customized features of our site, as well as other Web sites, will not be available to you.

GN-EPAY might use cookies where appropriate to keep track of a transaction session, where we need to identify the customer going from one webpage to the next.

However GN-EPAY will not use cookies to identify specific customer traits.

Children's Privacy
GN-EPAY does not request, or knowingly collect identifiable information from children under the age of 18. GN-EPAY does not knowingly use or share personal information from users under the age of 18 with third parties. GN-EPAY does not offer children any promotions involving games, prizes, or any other activity that would induce a child to divulge personal information.
Links to non-GN-EPAY websites
The GN-EPAY websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the GN-EPAY website. GN-EPAY does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from GN-EPAY's. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the GN-EPAY Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with GN-EPAY; that sharing is governed by that third-party company's privacy policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy

GN-EPAY takes privacy matters very seriously, and intends to stay at the forefront of privacy policy and protection matters. We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy as necessary to maintain the highest protection for our users and to comply with a changing environment.

We suggest you visit this Website periodically to determine whether or not any such changes have been made.

We will not make changes in how we handle previously collected personal information that have retroactive effect unless legally required to do so.
