GN-EPAY and its partners respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

Depending on the nature of the services provided by GN-EPAY to our partners or suppliers, GN-EPAY may receive personal information either from you directly or from our partner or supplier who provides us with the personal information to fulfill a service to you on their behalf. In some circumstances personal information that GN-EPAY receives from you directly may be provided to our partners or suppliers in order for them to fulfill a service to us for your benefit or directly to you. The personal information may include but is not limited to:

- How do we use the collected information?

- Information Sharing
GN-EPAY will not share or use your personal information in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you provided us the information.
We will not use or share your personally identifiable information with others except those individuals or entities which we have engaged to provide services to you, for those purposes set forth above or with your consent.
GN-EPAY does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.
In the event GN-EPAY merges with another entity, is acquired by another entity, or enters into a business combination with another entity, GN-EPAY may be required to disclose some or all of your personally identifiable information to that entity to continue serving you.
- Will GN-EPAY Give Me Notice of Requests for My Information Made By Law Enforcement or Governmental Agencies?
No. GN-EPAY may be required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or be asked to respond to other legitimate requests for your personal information from appropriate law enforcement or governmental authorities.
In such situations, we will release personally identifiable information to third parties and organizations when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so in order to comply with the law or to protect against fraud.
We will also release such information:

- Non-Personally Identifiable Information
- We may also collect other information which does not in and of itself identify a specific individual. This information includes IP addresses, search terms, domain names and browser types. We use this information to track usage and other patterns on our Websites, in order to understand how we can improve our services.
- How Does GN-EPAY Protect Customer Information?
Customers who buy through the GN-EPAY system are shopping on a secure server which encrypts all of a customer's personal information. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner.
GN-EPAY has developed its service with security as a top priority. We use firewalls to prevent access to information in our system and Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification or use.
- What About Cookies?

- GN-EPAY does not request, or knowingly collect identifiable information from children under the age of 18. GN-EPAY does not knowingly use or share personal information from users under the age of 18 with third parties. GN-EPAY does not offer children any promotions involving games, prizes, or any other activity that would induce a child to divulge personal information.
- Links to non-GN-EPAY websites
- The GN-EPAY websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the GN-EPAY website. GN-EPAY does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from GN-EPAY's. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the GN-EPAY Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information.
